Tickets are non-refundable and not transferable to cash, credit or another event. Lost or misplaced tickets cannot be replaced, but you can log in and re-send tickets to yourself if required. Payment is final.

Powercruise will go ahead rain or shine, we will be there all day rain or shine and should their be any weather interruptions we will run as much as we can safely either during or between any weather interruptions, we will adjust the schedule to work with or around anything that may come our way. It is up to the customer to make their own determination on the weather prior to purchasing tickets, as there will be NO refunds available. Event Program, Line Up and Attractions may vary or change without notice.
