Qoya is a simple movement practice based on the idea that as we move we remember.

Qoya draws on the traditions of yoga, mindfulness, creative movement and dance, creating a safe and easy way to move, stretch, dance, relax and have fun.

Each Qoya class has a theme. The theme for our Feb 2023 gathering is "unfolding vision".

As I was thinking about this class it occurred to me that allowing a vision of how we can move towards a future of peace, kindness, collaboration and sustainability requires a vision and participation from us all. I am offering a time and space for you to enjoy connecting and moving with your relationship to "unfolding vision".
