The Queensland Social Enterprise Council invites all Members to take part in a Special General Meeting to vote on a transfer of incorporation to company limited by guarantee.
Following the announcement of our intention to transfer at last year's AGM, a new consitution has undergone broad consultation and advice, and has been prepared to take effect upon registration of 'Queensland Social Enterprise Council Limited'.
All members are strongly encouraged to participate in this important piece of development for your organisation and sector, either in person or by video conference (link to be provided).
