In this month's plant wisdom circle we will work with the spirit of the Quaking Aspen tree, a beautiful spirit to help guide us into the descending Autumn months.

Aspen is a tree that has been pivotal in helping me receive support, remember I'm not alone, and balance my overactive mind, grounding anxiety. She was also one of the primary initiators for me on my plant and priestess paths. She helps us find our soul's truth, and open our throat chakras so we can express that to the world.

And a particular Aspen grove in Utah, Pando, is one of the oldest and largest living organisms on this Earth (estimates guess up from 16,000 - 80,000 years old!!). I got a chance to visit them 7 years ago, and I have to say, it was stunning.

Together we will create ceremonial space to journey with Aspen's medicine.

The group journeying space creates a strong container for the medicine of the plant to come through. As we share in the plant medicine via the tincture, we channel insights for ourselves, one another, and the collective.

You will have time to sit in silent meditation to connect with the spirit of Quaking Aspen, and I may also lead guided journey to help you connect with an aspect of the medicine more specifically.

These spaces provide the pivotal practice of trusting our intuitive inklings, and receiving validation of them within a community setting. Being in intentional space to honor and listen to the plants is an ancestral practice that helps us remember how to be in relationship with the forces of nature. It is a practice that is greatly appreciated by the plants, and it feeds our deep, soul-selves.

(I share the information above to help give you a little window into the possibilities of how Aspen can work with you, however plant medicines are very personal and your relationship will be unique. Come find out what the wise, ancient, and loving Aspen has to share with you!
