This workshop looks at how organisations can hold productive, efficient, and meaningful Quality Assurance Panels (QA Panels) that that don't just tick boxes, but actually add value.

Practical steps for setting up a panelling process that meets your regulatory obligations
Identifying and pre-empting common obstacles to a successful panel

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is aimed at implementing providers that are setting up their first QA Panels, or experienced providers looking to finetune their process.

This workshop will be facilitated by Eddie Drury, a social worker and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 10 years’ experience. Eddie is passionate about the QA Panel process and within the last 18 months has completed over 150 QA Panels with a varying range of implementing providers.
