- Quantum Healing: Experience deep self discovery and consciousness expansion with "The Soul's Journey". This Quantum Healing Technique was developed by Dolores Cannon who practiced for over 40 years with thousands of people all over the world. It's a powerful tool to access that all knowing part of ourselves, direct connection The Source, or God. It's within us all and we have the unlimited ability to heal the physical and emotional body, resolving potential issue which may limit our growth and understanding a broader perspective of our own individual healing.

- Cacao Ceremony: Engage in a heart-opening cacao ceremony, utilizing the sacred plant medicine to enhance your meditation and connection with your higher self. The ritual is specially created to celebrate the Goddess Ixcacao and to open our hearts to what magic lies within us, all we need to do is surrender to this most beautiful plant ally. We will be journeying through this cacao ceremony, creating space to hone down what it is we wish to manifest, as clarity is the key element in this process.

- Nature Immersion: Enjoy the serene and beautiful surroundings of Bugle Ranges, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation and reflection. The hundred acre wood and roaming ex race horses create a beautiful backdrop in this beautifully energised location - the land here, and especially the trees, are very special. Weather allowing we will be encorporating a walk through the forest to gather inspiration for our final element of the day, the dreamweaver.

- Community Connection: Share this transformative experience with like-minded individuals, fostering a sense of community and mutual support. When we practise on our own and go inwards, it is powerful, however in a group, the energy multiplies exponentially and we can travel to greater heights. The morning will start with a smudging with drumming and sage, and we will explore the ritual of cacao with Ruth Stanton, sourced from sustainable and ethical source, direct from the Mayan tribes in Guatamala, the Chinimatal co-operative. Savouring the effects of the Theobromine and highly potent cacao mixture of nutrients, we will move the body with pranayama, different styles of yoga, encouraging the cacao to show us our inner body wisdom. We will then slow down, and immerse into a deep yin, mediation and sound bath, with time and space for the divine messages to be shown to us. Easing out of the experience gently with music and sharings while we break fast and eat some nutritious and yummy healthy dishes.

Throughout this process, we invite you to write down or draw any inspirations that may emerge, as the focus on the mornings activities is to get clear on what we wish to create in this beautiful life we have. The more detail and the more clarity we can explore, the more effective our manifesting powers are, so we will use the first half of the retreat to prepare for the afternoon with Kaia.

Sound therapy is a strong consitutent of the cacao ceremony - it has been used in ancient cultures around the world for its therapeutic and restorative effects. Science now validates and explains this concept, for us to understand from the analytical mind, what the ancients knew about the significance and importance of sound as a therapeutic vibrational medicine and for spiritual development. Sound healing and therapy can assist in reducing stress, Improving sleep, stabilising the emotional body, relieving headaches, improving focus, relieve depression and anxiety, increase attention, relaxation, increase motivation, encourage the release of energetic blockages in the body and harmonize overall well-being. Its a great shopping list hey!

After a short break with some nourishing food, you will be guided in a group session with Kaia who will explain the process of Quantum Healing and how we can utilise this method to unblock resistance we may not even be aware of, and how to move forward on our dreams. She will then guide us in a short process, where we'll get the opportunity to really explore ourselves, and follow this with a stroll through the forest to gather our elements to create a dreamweaver. This empowers our dreams and brings them into physical form ready to send them out to the universe and start bringing it all into our reality.

The day will conclude with a hearty vegetarian meal, to help ground and solidify the experience. This is also a good time to connect with your fellow travellers. Dietary requirements will be catered for and the food will be sourced locally and organic where possible (please send us a message when you book if you have any dietary requirements). The vibrational frequency of food is important to us.

Meet the Facilitators:

- Ruth Stanton - CACAO:

Ruth Stanton has been teaching yoga, Pranayama and meditation for nearly 30 years, and has
integrated this with her Bachelor of Music, she collates these aspects in her cacao ceremonies. This recipe of music, breath, yoga and cacao have brought her through her own journey, and from this she has emerged with an inner peace and reflective nature which she loves sharing with others. Ruth holds space with a particular focus on body wisdom, the art of listening and hearing our higher self messages, she creates a safe container where we can unfurl from our life stresses and find peace within.

- Kaia Waaldyk - QUANTUM, HEALING

Kaia is one of the guardians of the trees at this Bugle Ranges property and runs retreats, and creates space for community to grow. Kaia has been a quantum Healing practitioner for 5 years and trained with Dolores Cannon's daughter, Julia, and lives her life by this technique. Everything she has created here in Trees of Trenance has been through her practice of quantum manifesting, and continues her journey helping others to do the same. Her gentle and caring nature creates a safe and nurturing space for this particular and sensitive work, she has truly found her calling.

What to Bring:

- Comfortable and warm clothing (it sometimes gets a bit chilly in the hills!)

- Comfy and warm blankets

- A yoga mat if you have one (there will be a few spare

- Water bottle

- Journal and pens for reflections and manifesting

- A flower or feather for example for the alter (if you like)

- Footwear suitable for walking in the afternoon

- An open heart and mind

These sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each individual, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported throughout the experience. This ceremonial dose of Cacao is strong, and there are contra-indications to be aware of for those on medication, in particular for those on high blood pressure medication and anti-depressants. It is also important to be aware of the effect on breast feeding mums (best to "pump and dump") and pregnant ladies. It is best to consult with your physician if you are in one of the above groups. You may still be able to drink the cacao at a much smaller dosage, and we will have an alternative non-cacao brew for those not partaking. In preparation for the ritual, it is best to avoid caffeine, chocolate in any form for 24 hours prior, and to make sure you are well hydrated both before and after the ceremony. Fasting for 3 hours prior is a good idea and can enhance your experience with this sacred plant.

Investment: $99 is the exchange for this full day event. The event is a fund raiser to help create a water system to pump water from the dam to the main house during the drier times. Life was pretty yellow on the range this summer! We have created this event with the intention for all profits to go towards paying for piping, construction and a pump for the project. This will nourish the flora and fauna at Bugle Ranges -sharing the love.
