SUNDAY June 23 - Quartet Chicken N' Chips - The Lodge Theatre (High Country Theatre) Armidale, NSW
Galvanised by their love of Frango's, Sydney's favourite Portugese Chicken Shop, Quartet Chicken N' Chips set off on their inaugural tour of Australia. The members, having toured Australia, USA and EU with the likes of Vince Jones, James Morrison, Judy Bailey, Donny Benet, are by no means first timers on the stage. Their maturity is shown not in their band, and song naming abilities, but in the emotion and energy they exert on stage. They'll be performing Rock, Blues and Jazz influenced songs from Australian composes like James Muller, Judy Bailey and Sean Wayland; as well as their own music which can only be described as tasty (no extra salt needed).
