Feel safely held and lead by experienced Movement & Expressive Arts Therapy Facilitator, Cathy Williams, who will guide you on a journey within through embodied practices, intuitive movement, and artistic play. Through these creative processes you will have the opportunity to dialogue with, release into, step up towards, believe & embody your Queendom!
