The November edition of Queens Connection is “The Rest Nest” and is focused on creating a space and the guidance for you to rest deeply. Resetting your nervous system, rejuvenating your mind, replenishing your body and soul and reenergising your heart 🩷

This space will encourage you to lay down the tasks, drop the to do list and melt into the warmth created just for you. You will be refuelled with energy, softness and the essence that radiates through bringing women together with love.

Queens Connection is intentionally gentle, soothing and subtle. With a blend of special modalities including guided connection, somatic remembering, gentle breathwork and yin to redirect your awareness back to the body and rebalance the mind and spirit.

This is for all the women who give so much out to others. Who bear the mental load of being a woman, perhaps a mother or the one that wears multiple hats, in the pace of the world in 2025.

We will support you in melting the busy mind, refilling the poured out energy and restore the essence of the feminine flow inside of you.

Guided Connection is our specialty, We create a space with guidance and practices to facilitate connection that goes beyond the surface. Our connection pieces allow you to simultaneously connect with your self and others, with curiosity and compassion. A resounding favourite for our community.

Somatic remembering is a bit of a fancy way to describe the guidance of your awareness out of the busy, confined space of the mind and back into the presence, safety and expansion of your body and essence. Connecting you to your bodies intelligent messages.

Our gentle breathwork is a “choose your own adventure", therapeutic style of breath. No breathwork experience is necessary. It is expertly guided to both digest stored stress that hasn’t had the environment to process and effortlessly balance the function of your system back to its rightful pace - the pace of nature. (You are nature my love),

Yin is a style of movement that is slow and accepts your body as it is (no need to be a yoga guru or athlete) a judgement free zone for the body to unwind, unravel and redistribute the life giving energy. Energy that can become stagnant when the body and mind are busy and overloaded with responsibilities.

Each modality is delivered in a trauma informed way, more fancy words that mean we respect, accept and support you with empowerment, compassion and dignity - honouring your yes’ and no’s for what is right for you.

Everything is an invitation and these modalities are bound together with comfortable, down to earth connection to yourself and the other queens you share this experience with.

I N T E N T I O N S : the intention for Queens Connection is to provide the environment and guidance to press pause on the external world for a moment in time to replenish the energy that is constantly outpoured as a woman.

This is a space that honours the reality of being a woman in a friendly, relatable, welcoming way. It’s less of the woo woo or shadow hunting “work” and more of the real receiving and nurture we need and truly, truly deserve.

Your host, Becc is a women, mother and business owner who is highly trained, deeply embodied not only in her specialty modalities but also just in being a real woman traversing the ebbs and flows of life. Becc and her team come in love and a deep desire to share the opportunity to experience the tools and connection they use personally and professionally to create balance and resilience.

Knowing that your state creates your story, our team is devoted to supporting a shift in your state which will ripple out into your story.
