Queens Of Tomorrow

We feel that the girls growing us in the this day and age in the Sydney culture could use a little bit of self empowerment and love. with social media use and bullying at an all time high, we feel passionate about coming together to provide a safe space for girls to talk about what's going on for them, how it feels to feel bullied and also how to tap into some self love practices so they can feel empowered. These girls are the Queens Of Tomorrow, and we want to make sure they are set up for an empowered, amazing life ahead so they can not only love themselves, but spread that love to others as well. 

The session will include :

- Conversations around social media, how to recognise bullying and what it looks like to have caring, compassionate relationships 

- Movement 

- POW WOW - creating a safe circle to talk about bullying experiences 

- How to show up as an empowered queen in this world - lifting fellow sisters up rather than tearing them down
