Julia Spicer OAM was appointed as Queensland’s fifth Chief Entrepreneur in late 2022 - the flag bearer for innovation and entrepreneurship in Queensland. Julia approaches this role with a strong focus on bringing the wealth of knowledge from the regions and creating connections throughout the Queensland Innovation Ecosystem to unlock practical solutions and tangible outcomes. Along with her role as Queensland Chief Entrepreneur, Julia is the Founder of multiple regional businesses based in Goondiwindi where she lives. Julia continues to run her businesses (Engage & Create Consulting, The Goondiwindi Business Hub) and has a particular gift for engaging woman and First Nations businesses in her work.

Dr Mike Todorovic is a senior lecturer of anatomy and physiology at Griffith University in Australia. He is a research member of the Menzies Health Institute Queensland in Disability & Rehabilitation. He completed his PhD in Clinical Neuroscience and is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Alongside his friend and colleague Dr Matt Barton, Dr Todorovic has been creating evidence-based medical education content across multiple platforms - now including TikTok - to empower aspiring health professionals and educate their wide range of audiences.

Ryan Taylor is the Social Media Manager at Griffith University, where he leads the university's social media strategy and oversees the development and implementation of engaging content across multiple platforms. Prior to joining Griffith University, Ryan worked at the Queensland Police Service, where he led the organisation's highly regarded social media presence. Using emerging trends and understanding of digital communication, Ryan adeptly navigated the dynamic landscape of social media, utilising innovative approaches to engage with the community and establish the Queensland Police Service as one of the most followed police organisations in the world. Now, at Griffith University, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the university's online presence and effectively connecting with diverse audiences.
