Why this matters:
Great leaders always carry a clarity of values, and do more than profess their values, they practice them. Part of that means identifying what to do when life gets in the way. For leaders to change culture in hospitality, they need to be clear on their values. And more importantly, they need to intentionally action these values every day.

What to expect:
In this workshop, we will spend time exploring and identifying values.
You and your teams will explore their own values, take part in reflection exercises, and practice vulnerability through sharing. By the end of this session, you'll have a chance to learn more about the people you work with, reflect on values, and understand what authenticity looks like to you.

Following a long career in hospitality, Jill is a recent addition to the Healthy Hospo team (and lifestyle)!
Hailing from Scotland, Jill now calls Queenstown home and has a deep passion for bringing people together to create powerful connections. Sociability in a safe and sustainable way is at the core of the hospitality industry and is where Jill finds her motivation.
