Three women. Three remarkable careers. One honest conversation about what leadership in tech actually looks like.
This Techweek, Queenstown Women in Tech is hosting an intimate panel lunch with three of the most accomplished women in New Zealand's technology sector - and they are not here to give you the highlight reel.
If you've ever wondered whether you're ready for the next step (or how other women figured it out) this conversation is for you.
They will be sharing the real stories; the career inflection points, the decisions that changed the trajectory, the networks that opened doors, and the moments they backed themselves before they felt ready.
What to expect:
Honest leadership stories
Straight talk on visibility, confidence, and bold career moves
Practical insight into networks, sponsorship, and leading well
Time to connect with other women in tech over lunch
This event is for you if you are:
Working in or around tech and thinking about what is next
Leading a team and looking for fresh perspective
Curious about what a career in tech could look like
Thank you to our sponsors Both Brains, TechStep and Crayon for helping us fund this event and keeping it free of charge for all of our members
