Join us for the Queer bodies celebration event and Eltham Library Community Gallery 2026 Program Launch.
Queer bodies is a solo exhibition presented by local artist, Tess Hider.

Tess Hider’s exhibition, Queer bodies considers personal storytelling and research, through painting and sculpture portraiture. Her collection of works looks at an overarching theme of queer identity. Viewing the concept of ‘queer’ through the lens of disability theory, queer theory, and crip theory.
We also celebrate the launch of the 2026 Exhibition Program including Tamara Jordan, Susannah Collins, Dylan Negri, Araluen Centre, Rebecca Armstrong, Kirsten Dunkley, Rose Chong, Susannah Low & Debra Billson, Margo Heely, Nev Ragg and Elizabeth Laver.
Queer bodies is a 2026 Midsumma Festival exhibition.
