Queer By Nature: Rewilding Pathways & Kinship Through Ecotherapy
Description
Queer By Nature is a welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ folks to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the more-than-human world. Through creative processes, nature-based practices, and ritual, we’ll explore what it means to “rewild” identity and belonging in ways that affirm our queer selves.
This 3 hour workshop offers time to slow down, connect, and express yourself in safe, inclusive, and accessible ways.
What to Expect
Gentle ancestral reflection
Creative dialogue with nature
Personal and collective flag creation
An optional mindful walk at the end of the event
No art experience is required - just curiosity, openness, and your brilliant queer self. This is a space for LGBTQIA+ kin of all backgrounds, abilities and expressions to connect, reflect and replenish in community.
✨ Light refreshments and art materials provided.
Please bring:
A journal and pen
A water bottle
Comfortable clothes for sitting and moving
This is an inclusive, neuro-affirming space. Participation is always by invitation - everything is optional, and you can engage in the way that feels right for you.
