Queer Cakes & Butch Bakes

Queer Cakes & Butch Bakes is a celebratory event made with Pride, friendship, community spirit with a sprinkle of colourful competition. There will be celebrity judges, entertainment by Castlemaine Pride Choir and Jess Parker. We invite you to enter (bake), come together to marvel, vote, and eat cake!

Queer Cakes & Butch Bakes is all about celebrating pride, community and cakes with a fun, laid-back vibe. It’s a chance to gather, bake (or just eat), and enjoy some friendly competition.

Whether you're entering a cake or just coming along to admire the creations, everyone’s welcome to get involved, cast a vote, and, of course, dig into some tasty treats!

With entertainment from the Castlemaine Pride Choir and Jess Parker, plus celebrity judges to pick the winning bakes, it's set to be a day of good food, music, and company. 

So, whether you're there to show off your baking skills or just to enjoy the atmosphere, come along for a slice of community fun!
