who is this class suitable for?

absolutely all ages and abilities! whether you’re a regular boogie or want to explore movement and your body more, come along and join us for a fun ecstatic evening!

**this is a queer event for members of the LGBTQ+ community, queer, trans and gender diverse people. We have zero tolerance policy on any hateful or offensive behaviour. If you do not align with these values, please do not attend.**

embodied movement can be nerve wracking if it is your first time. But you will be surrounded by kind souls, creating a safe space for you to move your body & dance as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

what to expect:

- a safe space to shake it all off

- no experience needed

- fully led ecstatic dance and expression

- tune into your body

- heal through movement

- move stagnant energy and emotion

What you’ll need:

- a yoga mat if you have one

- comfy clothes

- a water bottle

come and join a community of like minded queer legends for around an hour of queer connection and movement!

cost is $10 per person. no one turned away for lack of funds, 'pay as you can' ticket options available and also pay as you feel after, on the door or drop me a message on insta @movewithmada.

We want to recognise the original custodians of this land the Gadigal and people of Eora (Sydney). The traditional owners of the land where this evening will be taking place. And pay our respects to Elders past & present. Always Was, Always Will Be, Aboriginal Land.
