Queer Life Drawing
Event description
During the summer months we are providing a safe space for artists and art enthusiasts to come together and explore life-drawing. A queer life-model will be present for 2-hours with multiple poses for you to explore light, shadow, line and perspective. A unique opportunity to network with other artists, conceptualise works of art and see different approaches to drawing and sketching.
In the creatively curated Sawtooth Gallery and hosted by Launceston Drag Queen, Enya Arsenal, this alcohol free event is 18+ and a perfect opportunity to work with queer bodies in a safe and respectful environment.
There is no experience necessary and basic art supplies will be provided, however it is encouraged for avid artists to BYO their own materials that they prefer. Snacks, coffee and tea will be provided and plenty of small breaks for socialising. This will be a fun and unique opportunity.
