Queer Prom 2025
Event description
The Youth Pride Network and Pride WA Present...
💿👾 QUEER PROM: CYBERCORE EDITION 💿👾
Boot up the mainframe and log into full glam mode - it’s time to step into a neon-soaked reality where queerness meets Y2K realness. This Pride FEST we're uploading you into a shimmering cyberscape of chrome dreams, glitter files, and pixel-perfect love.
🦋💻 This isn't just a prom. It's a data-glitched fantasy where low-rise meets high-camp, and holographic hearts sync to the beat of your freedom. 💻🦋
Strut your style.exe, decode your identity, and celebrate the vibrant spectrum of LGBTIQA+ young people in a night of pure digital joy. From metallic mesh fits to sparkle-stacked accessories, we're rewriting the code on what it means to celebrate with pride.
🪩 Come get your glitter on. The future is queer-coded.

Under 18s & Child Safety
This event is closed to the public and is alcohol and drug free.
We’re committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for all young people.
To help us keep everyone safe:
🔹 All attendees under 16 will need to provide a signed parental consent form (we’ll send this out to you).
🔹 Event staff and volunteers have current Working with Children Checks.
🔹Event Managers have completed child safeguarding training.
🔹 There will be trained Youth Workers and event staff available throughout the night to provide support and ensure everyone feels safe and respected.
🔹 If you ever feel uncomfortable or need help at any point, you can speak to one of our identifiable event safety team members (they’ll be easy to spot!).
Why Ages 12–25?
This age range follows the standard definition of young people used by youth organisations across Australia. The Youth Pride Network auspiced by the Youth Affairs Council of WA and funded by the Department of Communities aim to create inclusive, supportive spaces where LGBTIQA+ young people can connect, celebrate, and express themselves freely.
By including ages 12 to 25, we ensure the event is accessible to a broad spectrum of young people, from those just beginning to explore their identities to those stepping into adulthood, all within a safe, supervised, and empowering environment.
Your wellbeing is our top priority: this is your space to celebrate safely, freely, and fabulously. 🌈
