Lineup

  • Chris McAllister

    Chris McAllister

Headlining the night is Chris McAllister — a Sydney-based comedian, writer, and producer known as “The Trans Comedian.” Bringing a bold mix of sharp observational humour, rapid-fire one-liners, and heartfelt storytelling, Chris has built a reputation for comedy that is as meaningful as it is hilarious. Chris has performed at major festivals including Sydney Comedy Festival, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and MELT Festival, with sold-out shows and tours across Australia, the UK, and regional communities. As the first transmasc comedian to tour regional Australia, their work is deeply rooted in connection—bringing visibility, laughter, and genuine community engagement to places that don’t often get to see themselves reflected on stage. Their hit show I Can Tell combines “needle-sharp one-liners” with a warm, disarming presence, turning everyday experiences of identity, absurdity, and belonging into something both laugh-out-loud funny and deeply human. Chris McAllister doesn’t just perform comedy—they create spaces of trans joy, connection, and celebration, making them the perfect headliner for a night that’s all about community, pride, and shared laughter.

  • Brandy Tsang

    Brandy Tsang

After more than a decade in hiding (very on-brand, honestly), Sydney-based Brandy Tsang finally emerged from her cave this year with two sold-out shows at the Factory Theatre. Now she’s taking that razor-dry wit on the road for the first time—regional towns, lock up your daughters (and their exes). Her humour is so dry you’ll need a tub of sorbolene just to keep up—and possibly a glass of wine and a soft spot for women who make questionable romantic decisions.

  • Ali Kim

    Ali Kim

Holding it all together (just) as your MC is local rising menace Ali Kim — a proudly ageing, menopausal lesbian with zero time for nonsense and a lot to say about it. Armed with dry, cutting wit and the kind of honesty that only comes from lived experience, Ali turns hot flashes, life chaos, and the absurdity of getting older into comedy gold. Equal parts warm and wicked, she has a knack for disarming a room before landing a perfectly timed jab that catches everyone off guard—in the best way. As one of the region’s emerging comedy voices, Ali brings a raw, real, and unmistakably local energy to the stage, making sure the night runs (mostly) smoothly while keeping the laughs coming between acts. Expect sass, side-eyes, and a host who’s not afraid to say what everyone else is thinking.
