Queer Rangatahi Ruri Rongoā

Ruri' is one word for a 'short love ditty, poem or jingle'. Rongoā is most often understood as being healing or medicinal. Ruri Rongoā is about being together, about connection with each other and in this case, having some fun with language itself.

At this session we'll spend time reading poems by awesome queer rangatahi, then we will write a couple ourselves -- one on our own, and one together as a group.

Suitable for ages 15-20.
