Join Lanie and Belinda from Queer Yoga Naarm for a Sunday afternoon of deep rest, connection, and community.

This two-hour gathering will include an opportunity to connect with Queer community in a laid-back and welcoming environment.

We will be offering yin yoga, breathwork, meditation (yoga nidra), Reiki, gentle conversation, snacks, and a cuppa. The practice is trauma-informed, consent dirven, and accessible, with options offered throughout to support different bodies, needs, and experiences.

Our intention is for you to leave feeling deeply restored from within, while also held and connected by community.
