Queer Rest & Connect (Winter Edition)

Join Lanie and Belinda of Queer yoga Naarm for a Sunday afternoon of deep rest and connection.

The two hours will include an opportunity to connect with queer community in a laid-back environment.

We will be offering breathwork, gentle trauma informed accessible yoga for all bodies, meditation, chats, snacks and chai.

Our intention is that you feel deeply restored from within and simultaneously supported and connected by community.
