Queer Stories of Faith
Event description
Queer Stories of Faith is a unique multi-faith event that showcases the stories of the LGBT faithful through storytelling and music.
Our Speakers
For the first time in PrideWA history (at least in a very long time!) there will be a multi-faith event where we will have stories highlighting the lives of LGBT and ally Christians, Jews, and Muslims!
This event will be showcasing a diverse group of speakers from the LGBTIQA+ community. Our speakers come from a variety of backgrounds including age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic backgrounds, professions, and lived experience in both the metropolitan and regional communities.
Come be a part of this uplifting celebration of diversity, inclusion, and the power of faith in the face of adversity.
Live Music:
There will be live music performances featuring Perth Kabbalat Shabbat, Marya Budianta, and Graeme Douglas-Meyer.
