Quest is excited to announce it's first Day Retreat!
A time set aside to hold sacred space as we take a journey to honour ourselves and go within.
We have created a beautiful day full of gentle intention, nourishment, meditation, art therapy, journaling, mandala's and healing.
A lush Morning, Lunch and Afternoon tea will be provided with refreshments.
This day will be held to give you an opportunity to quietly go within whilst being in a supportive, nurturing and fun environment.
Everything will be provided for you throughout the day, including some exciting take home gifts, all you have to bring is your beautiful self.
(Once you have purchased your ticket an email will be sent out with further information about the day eg: dietary requirements etc.)
