I brings together what has worked in my own health and individuation journey and I incorporate these elements into my practice. I combine trauma-informed, embodied homeopathy with Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF) and The Work of Byron Katie to support my clients in a practical and meaningful way.

My work is driven by genuine passion. I believe people do their best work when they love what they do. Sessions focus on the space beneath the surface of the mind - I sees this as the space where the magic happen.

I create a sense of physiological safety which is my first priority. From there, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s specific needs. Using IRF, I help clients build a stronger connection with themselves and develop a more compassionate inner relationship.

I also guide clients in mapping their nervous system, which helps people navigate the modern-day stresses of life. I help shift limiting beliefs and old stories so that clients can continue to grow and evolve.

I value the depth of connection that can occur when two people are fully present with each other. In that space, I believes real insight, awarenesses and change become possible. When mind, body, and spirit are in balance, I believe the potential is there to be one powerful being on this planet!
