Stall Holder tickets $75 for this venue

This covers:

• Hire of venue (each venue differs)
• Advertisement of the event
• Set up and pack up for the day
• Cleaning fee
• Public liability
• Stall space

RACKING NOT INCLUDED But available for HIRE!

Racking: $15 each- large heavy duty racking (1.5m long, 0.5m Wide) $15 EACH and will be set up for you before your arrival. Rack fits 30-50 hanging clothes 

Stall holders 

• Create your own small piece of paradise, selling your preloved treasure.
• Indoors event
• Sell your preloved women's, men's or children's clothing and accessories. Any size/ gender or age group.
• Decorate your stall as you please within a 4x3m space
• For this venue you can BYO racking or large table as long as it fits in your space whilst still allowing room for shoppers to browse. Racks available for HIRE!
• You are more than welcome to bring a camping chair for comfort.
• Share a stall with a friends, 3 People per stall
• Under 18’s are allowed but need to be with a supervising parent or guardian.
• Signs for your stall will be available to print off and sent in an email to you.
• Stall holder guide will be emailed to you with more information
• Example of Payment from shoppers: PayID, Bank Transfer or Cash (Float of $100 for change recommended)
• No refund

NEW TICKET: Share a stall with a stranger

size 2mx3m

This ticket is perfect for a stallholder that does not have enough for a full stall and wanting to share with an unknown stranger. Do not purchase this ticket if you have a lot of items to sell, you will be charged a full priced ticket on the day if you require more space. This is a trial. Peta xx

Timeline

Arrive from 11:30am for set up -12:30pm latest for arrival to set up 

1pm doors open -5pm doors shut 

7pm pack up complete

What items can you sell ?

This venue stall size is 4mx3m, allowing for some larger items to be brought and sold

Clothes any size, age or gender

• Jewellery, shoes, handbags, hats, any accessories
• Maternity
• Books
• Sporting equipment
• Kids toys
• Baby equipment eg. Prams, bouncers etc
• NO Handmade and NO food

Shoppers

• $2 Entry
• Indoors event
• Pop up change rooms available
• Bring bags for your purchased goodies
• Bring cash 💵
• Heaps of Parking available
• No Dogs allowed inside, service dogs only
