Stall Holder tickets $70 for this venue

Stall size:3mx3m perfect size to share a stall with friends!  

This covers:

• Hire of venue (each venue differs)
• Advertisement of the event
• Set up and pack up for the day
• Cleaning fee
• Public liability
• Stall space

RACKING AND TABLES NOT INCLUDED But available for HIRE!

Racking: $15 each- large heavy duty racking (1.5m long, 0.5m Wide) $15 EACH and will be set up for you before your arrival, only 26 available for hire. Rack fits 50 hanging clothes

Tables: $10 each you can hire 3 per Stall - 2m Long camping tables are available for hire -50 available. Set up for you before your arrival

Stall holders 

• Create your own small piece of paradise, selling your preloved treasure.
• Indoors event
• Sell your preloved women's, men's or children's clothing and accessories. Any size/ gender or age group.
• Decorate your stall as you please within a 3x3m space
• For this venue you can BYO racking or large table as long as it fits in your space whilst still allowing room for shoppers to browse. Rack and table available for HIRE!
• You are more than welcome to bring a camping chair for comfort.
• Share a stall with a friends, 3 People per stall
• Under 18’s are allowed but need to be with a supervising parent or guardian.
• Signs for your stall will be available to print off and sent in an email to you.
• Stall holder guide will be emailed to you with more information
• Example of Payment from shoppers: PayID, Bank Transfer or Cash (Float of $100 for change recommended)
• No refund

NEW TICKET: Share a stall with a stranger

size 1.5mx3m

This ticket is perfect for a stallholder that does not have enough for a full store and wanting to share with an unknown stranger. Do not purchase this ticket if you alot of items to sell, you will be charged a full priced ticket on the day if you require more space. This is a trial. Peta xx

Timeline

Arrive at 5am for set up -6:30am latest for arrival to set up (we have changed the setup time from 6am to 5am for those who need a little more time setting up)

7am doors open -12pm doors shut

1pm pack up complete
