Hey there! here is your stall holder guide

Here is a few things you need to know and do not hesitate to message or email me any questions! No question is too silly. If your thinking it, someone else probably is too.

Set up -6am -latest arrival for set up is 7:30am
Market opens 8am and closes at 12pm Pack up complete by 1pm (Market hours have changed for winter)
3 people per stall- you can bring a support person Under 18’s are allowed but need to be with a supervising parent or guardian.
Stall allocations are random- but you can request to be next to a friend
Please note stall size: 3mx3m
If you have purchased a Share half a stall with a stranger ticket, your stall size is 1.5mx3m
Cafe will be open for food and coffee van onsite

What to Bring ?

Clothes any age or gender, Jewellery, shoes, handbags, any accessories and small household items (BYO coat hangers)
TIP! pop all of your clothes on hangers and put in a suitcase OR trolley- takes away the heavy lifting and no need to rehang everything on arrival
Float of $100 in change- ensure you have small change and coins
For this venue you can BYO racking or large table as long as it fits in your space whilst still allowing room for shoppers to browse.
Rack and table available for HIRE!
Unfortunately NO GAZEBOs, as it can encroach on other stall spaces. We are an indoor venue
A fold up chair to sit on if you are not wanting to stand up.
Bring buckets of clothes that can fit under racking/table or in your stall space.
Print off your signs for your stall here Print off or you can create your own.

What items can you sell ?

This venue stall size is 3mx3m, allowing for some larger items to be brought and sold

Clothes any size, age or gender

Jewellery, shoes, handbags, hats, any accessories
Maternity
Books
Sporting equipment
Kids toys
Baby equipment eg. Prams, bouncers etc
Handmade accessories (as long as majority of your stall is preloved)

Tips for selling

USE TAGS OR STICKERS FOR YOUR ITEMS
IRON OR STEAM YOUR CLOTHES
MAKE SURE CLOTHES ARE FREE OF STAINS/IN GOOD CONDITION
ENSURE YOU HAVE SET UP YOUR PAY ID
BE REALISTIC WITH PRICING ON ITEMS

What to expect?

If you have hired racking and /or a table it will be set up for you on the day
Posters for your stall is available and attached to this email or you can make your own
Pop up change rooms will be available

Keep personal belongings ON YOU at all times
Keep money in something that can be attached to
you, not in a tin or box. Use a handbag, bumbag.
Dress cool as we get into the warmer months
Phone with FULL charge (for those using pay ID)
Keep up with good hand hygiene- alcohol gel at the front of market- you can bring your own for personal use
It is recommended to take a photo of the shoppers ID or hold onto their ID or phone when they take items to go try on
Keep Hydrated, bring water and snacks

Be reasonable with pricing, would you buy what your selling for that price and quality of item
Stickers are quicker than tagging items but stickers can fall off
Get an idea of the space by measuring it out in your lounge room
You represent your stall/wardrobe, wear a favourite outfit on the day, this includes favourite comfy outfit, smart footwear please
Do not clutter your stall, allow space for shoppers (if there is not enough space for shoppers we will ask you to move items or change your layout)
Do not over fill your rack, a less cluttered rack is easier to look through, keep extra items in a bucket or suitcase and restock when items have sold.
Decorate your stall, create an inviting space, some stall holders have used fairy lights (battery operated) or rugs on the floor.
Unfortunately NO candles allowed.
Give shoppers space when browsing, we are encouraging stall holders not to hover shoppers but to blend in and pretend your a shopper
Bring bags for shoppers, this can be your reusable food shopping bags
Bring a friend !
