TICKETED PRIVATE EVENT Women's Clothing Swap

If you love to get around people with likeminded views on thrifting, then this is the event for YOU! Join us for a LATE NIGHT EVENT swapping clothes. 

Start time/check in: 5:30PM

Items all checked in by 6:30pm: Swap begins !!

Event finishes: 8:30PM

$10 Ticket Covers: 

-Cost of venue 

-Organisation of the event

-Set up

-Pack up 

HOW THE SWAP WORKS :

1. Bring 1-10 items of either clothing or accessories to add to the Swap racks or shelves
2. Arrive at front door and be allocated a wrist band with the number of items you brought to swap
3. Check in items that are then placed on the racks or shelves by yourself 
4. Guests to mingle whilst waiting for everyone to arrive and check in OR head for food or drinks at Orion shopping centre
5. Swap will be announced open by host, once everyone has arrived 
6. Get looking for preloved goodies 10 items max, you take the amount that you have brought
7. Left overs will collected for our next swap meet
   
   SWAP GUIDELINES 

• Clothes Brought MUST be CLEAN and stain free, GOOD condition. Something that you would gift to a BEST friend. 
• We can't guarantee that  guests will find their sizes as it depends on what other guests are bringing 
• We encourage All sizes to participate in Swap meet 
• This will be a women’s clothing and accessories swap 
• Items to bring: pants, skirts, tops, shirts, shoes, bags, shorts, jackets, blazers, hats, dresses ,sunglasses, Jewellery 
• WHAT NOT TO BRING: We will not accept underwear, fast fashion, or overused gym wear. Please DO NOT bring fast fashion brands like Shein, Temu, Kmart, H&M, Target, Big W, or Boohoo. You get the idea, we want you to walk away with quality items that you can cherish, not walk away disappointed by poor quality items brought. 
• This does not mean that swap items have to luxury, expensive of high end items, we just want good quality items please. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THIS CRITERIA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THE SWAP EVENT. 

FAQ's 

Is this only Women's clothing ? 

- This is a women's clothing swap. 

Who can attend? 

-Those who have bought a ticket for the event. 

What if my size isn’t available in the swap ? 

- We can't guarantee that you will find the size you are looking for but we have made it that everyone who books states which sizes they are bringing along. There will also be accessories and shoes up for grabs 

Can I hold onto my items until I see what is on offer just incase ? 

- Unfortunately no, when you arrive for the event, you will be checked in with your items and say far well to them, as everyone pops their swap items down on the shelves and racks. Bring items that you are happy to part ways with and no emotional ties. 

Can I take more at the end if there is leftover items ? 

-No, left over items from the swap will be kept for future swaps.

What if you bring 10 items but find nothing at the event? 

- Hoping this is not the case, but unfortunately we can’t do much about this. Hoping that with the variety of items that can be brought with women's clothing and accessories, that you will be able to walk away with some amazing finds, if not for yourself but maybe a friend or family member.
