ACE Cookery Skills: Quick, Healthy & Affordable Cooking

This four-week course, running one day a week, supports participants to develop practical cooking skills that can lead toward entry-level kitchen, catering, or hospitality roles. The focus is on fast, affordable and healthy cooking techniques used in real workplace environments - perfect for anyone wanting to learn simple, practical cooking skills that fit into a busy week at home.

FREE for people who are:

• 18 years old and above and currently not enrolled at school

• South Australian residents or hold a valid work and study visa 

Term 3, 2026
When: Starting 13 August and running every Thursday for four weeks
Time: 515pm - 730pm
