Quickbooks Online Showcase

If you’ve ever felt unsure about your bookkeeping or overwhelmed by QuickBooks Online, this workshop is designed for you. The QuickBooks Online Showcase is a practical, one-day training that walks you through how to confidently set up and manage your business finances. You’ll learn the core building blocks of bookkeeping, including how double-entry accounting works in simple terms, and how to choose the right QuickBooks Online version for your needs. We’ll also cover how to customize your Chart of Accounts to track meaningful financial data, streamline your day-to-day workflow, capture receipts efficiently, and perform monthly reconciliations. By the end of the workshop, you’ll not only understand how to use QuickBooks—you’ll understand your numbers and feel more in control of your business.

During this workshop, you will:

• Explore Quickbooks' capabilities, integration, and time-saving features.

• Learn how to properly set-up a Quickbooks file

• Gain confidence in the day-to-day and month-end bookkeeping tasks in Quickbooks

• Boost efficiency and reporting prowess in Quickbooks

• Understand bookkeeping organization, financial statements, and double-entry accounting.

Class will meet on Wednesday, July 8 from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Tuition is $149 per person. 

Lunch will be provided, included in the cost of registration, and catered by Jimmy John's.
