Quokka: The First Consumer Product in Quantum Computing
We'll be joined by Eigensystems, UTS's inaugural quantum spin-out, for the unveiling of Quokka, a groundbreaking 30-qubit quantum computer emulator tailored for educational purposes. This event marks a significant stride towards democratising quantum computing.
Students, educators, professionals, and quantum enthusiasts are invited to come along and experience the live demonstration of Quokka, presented by Chris Ferrie of Eigensystems, which will highlight its user-friendly app and educational platform.
Quokka represents a pivotal technological advancement and an empowerment tool, poised to equip a new generation for the quantum era. The presentation will emphasise the value of interactive quantum computing experiences in simplifying intricate concepts and deepening the understanding of quantum mechanics.
