Our final Forum for 2023 presents the CEO of Qantas Loyalty, Olivia Wirth.

As CEO, Olivia Wirth is at the helm of our national carrier’s Frequent Flyer and Business Rewards program and leading its diversification into digital ventures across financial services, retail, health and wellbeing, and data and marketing. Since joining Qantas in 2009, Olivia Wirth’s leadership career has taken flight, soaring from Head of Government Relations and Public Affairs to Group Executive – Brand and Marketing and Chief Customer Officer.

Olivia’s impressive leadership journey offers a robust perspective on taking calculated risks, creating opportunities, and overcoming challenges, especially for women aiming for the C-suite.

Prior to Qantas, Olivia held several senior executive roles including at Tourism Australia and Tourism and Transport Forum, and currently serves as Director of the Great Barrier Reef Foundation and on the board of UNICEF Australia.

Olivia will speak to her personal leadership story, the key challenges she has faced, and the leadership qualities that matter to her. Olivia will outline how Qantas Loyalty navigated the pandemic and recovery of the aviation industry, her insights on customer loyalty, and the innovation that drives one of the most diverse airline loyalty programs in the world.
