QUT Entrepreneurship Pitch Showcase

Wrap up Semester 2 with an evening of ideas, innovation and community at the QUT Entrepreneurship Pitch Showcase. This high-energy event celebrates the hard work and creativity of those who participated in our flagship programs - Side Hustle, Venture Catalyst, Innovation Catalyst and Growth Lab, as they pitch the ideas they’ve been building all semester.

This isn’t your usual pitch night though, it’s a fun celebration with plenty of ways to get involved:

• Special Guest Speaker - hear from Stephanie Bofinger, the Founder and CEO of Fempro Armour. Under her leadership, Fempro Armour is pioneering sensor-integrated technology to help prevent injuries and drive innovation in sports like rugby, AFL and NRL. She’s not just making equipment, she’s creating a movement for safety, inclusion and empowerment in sport worldwide.

• Free Pizza – fuel up while you watch the pitches.

• Trivia – test your knowledge, compete with your friends and win prizes

• Vote for the 2026 QUT Entrepreneurship shirt design – have your say on what the next QUT Entrepreneurship shirt will be

• Side Hustle – how participants identified a problem worth solving, validated ideas, built business models and sourced customers.

• Venture Catalyst – turning validated ideas into market-ready ventures, developing branding, finance, sales and pitching skills.

• Innovation Catalyst – collaborating with an industry partner to create new products, services and processes, and mastering key intrapreneurship skills.

• Growth Lab – our pre-accelerator program providing mentor-rich experiences and connections to take their ideas to the next level.
