In today's consumer-centric landscape, many businesses are embracing a shift towards creating immersive experiences that go beyond mere products.

Peter's presentation, "The Experience of a Great Gig" will outline his experience during a major international music tour, including key customer experience touchpoints and the stakeholder collaboration necessary for creating unforgettable moments.

Using Peter's experience as a case study, this session will extrapolate key insights and learnings to bring a little rock n' roll to the customer experience in any industry.

Speaker Biography

Peter Loxton is the Chief Operating Officer for ASM Global Asia Pacific — the world's premier venue operator and live event experiences firm— responsible for directing all commercial operations and business expansion endeavours in the APAC, India, and Middle East regions. ASM Global manages over 350 major venues worldwide, including The Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Suncorp Stadium and the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre in Brisbane. In 2023, Billboard Magazine featured Peter on its annual International Power Players List, a nod to his substantial contribution to the live entertainment sector. Academically, Peter holds an MBA, a GAICD, a CA, a BComm and a BA in Japanese.
