Led by raw food chef enthusiast and integrative nutritionist Sarah Parsons from New Earth Cafe the workshop explores innovative techniques for crafting mouthwatering salads, dips, delectable desserts, super easy snacks, all while emphasising the benefits of a plant based, raw and living foods lifestyle.
