This immersive hands on experience invites participants to discover the art of creating delicious and healthful dishes without subjecting ingredients to heat above 47*C, preserving their natural enzymes and nutritional integrity. Led by raw food chef enthusiast and integrative nutritionist Sarah Parsons from New Earth Cafe the workshop explores innovative techniques for crafting mouthwatering salads, dips, delectable desserts, super easy snacks, all while emphasising the benefits of a plant based, raw and living foods lifestyle.
