WHAT TO BRING:

Wear warm, comfortable clothes.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolster, and an eye pillow or scarf to enhance your comfort during the extended lying-down periods.

Consider bringing a journal to capture any inspired thoughts and feelings that arise during the session.

Bring items for the altar if you wish to have them cleared and cleansed under the full moon. Crystals, special items, feathers, jewels – anything you'd like to recharge.

As an accepted participant in this session, I assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from this practice. I understand that my practitioner or facilitator John Ireland or Cibeli Nunes, are not substitutes for consulting with my GP or primary medical care provider.

In the event of any known medical conditions, I certify that I have consulted a health professional regarding any condition (physical, mental or emotional) that could interfere with my judgment or affect my health in any way during, or after the session.

I acknowledge that appropriate touch may be utilized for the purpose of supporting my well-being and comfort, with such touch only occurring with my informed consent.

I hereby grant permission to the event organiser/s to take photographs and/or video recordings of me during the ROAR for marketing and promotional purposes.
