R U OK? Day is a national day of action, encouraging Australians to check in with friends, family and colleagues. The people you care about go through life’s ups and downs every day.

Regular, meaningful conversations can help prevent small things from becoming big things. These conversations can build trust and let others know they can talk to us if they’re struggling. A conversation could change a life.
