City Cave Rouse Hill is a safe space - a second home for our community to release the stresses and pressures of life completely free of judgement. On R U OK Day this year, we hold additional space to support the national, annual initiative that seeks to empower people to meaningfully connect and lend support.

We welcome mindset coach Claudio Floridia and sound healer Julia Collins-Haynes for this free event that we hope will equip our community with the confidence to open up important conversations with themselves and others surrounding mental health, as well as employ strategies that contribute to a greater sense of wellbeing. All attendees will go into the draw to win a Flauna.

Claudio Floridia

Claudio is an internationally certified Master Coach and NLP Practitioner, public speaker and personal development facilitator. He has a passion for mindset and wellness and has helped thousands find their true target and purpose in life.

Claudio will share his insight on positive mindset, gratitude, understanding our emotions and the two equations we can choose to live from in life.

Julia Collins-Haynes

Sound Healing is a potent and expansive therapy that harnesses the organic world of sound and vibration to bring your entire being; mind, body and spirit, back into a state of balance and harmony. Jooles is in awe of mother nature, playing with her elements, cycles and seasons and weaving these energies into her creative life and healing work. Her deepest intention is to create safe and nurturing spaces for people to remember their true nature and awaken the child within. She aspires to be the invitation for others to walk to the beat of their own drum and heed the call of their own wild.

During this session, Jooles will speak about what sound healing is and the power it holds for an individual, as well as provide a 10 minute introductory facilitation of sound healing.
