Zentangles and Colouring

Morning tea included

Zentangles are easy-to-learn, meditative drawings created by building intricate, repeating patterns within small defined spaces. It's a great way to de-stress and focus. It's suitable for beginners and for all ages. The process involves basic strokes like dots, lines, curves and S shapes to create a variety of patterns. Your design can be as simple or as detailed as you choose.

For anyone feeling too tangled, there will be colouring-in sheets, which is another way to calm thoughts and de-stress.
