To bring
All staff and students must bring a school bag containing their Healthy Snack, Recess, Lunch, Water Bottle, Note Pad, Pen, WiFi-enabled device - and if applicable, medication.

Catering
If desired, staff can purchase coffee, cold drinks, snacks, or hot food items from the Piper Café between 9:30am and 11:30am.

Event photography
Images taken at the event may be used in College publications. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please advise the attending photographer.

Parking
Please use designated parking areas only. Please ensure you are not parked in areas marked as No Parking (indicated with yellow lines) and do not park on ovals or lawn areas unless instructed by our venue operations staff.

General health
If unwell, no matter how mild, please stay home and get tested. Please note current SA Health regulations. We ask that vulnerable members of the community reconsider their attendance if they feel that they may be at risk.

No Smoking within 10m of school premises
Prince Alfred College is a strictly non-smoking facility – smoking is not permitted anywhere on school premises or within 10m of all entrances.

After the event
Please consider our local Kent Town neighbours and ensure you leave the campus promptly and quietly after the event has finished.
