Here we workshop, as a group, how to make the most of meetings. By equipping every participant with their own unique and individual abilities to engage meeting participants within 150 seconds.

By no means are we suggesting that meetings will now only ever take less than three minutes. Instead, our guarantee is that anyone trained in R.U.S.H. will be able to hook others into their agenda/ objectives. Needing no more than 150 seconds.

Liberating the rest of the meeting time to agree on productive actions to achieve the objective(s).

It runs for three days. Day one and day three are onsite, active and fairly intense learning experiences, with the second day structured as a day of passive reflection and refinement.

R.U.S.H.2MEET Participants will cover and achieve the following:

R.U.S.H. Community - participants join an online community where they can review and discuss best practice presentations, ranging from two to two-and-a-half minutes.

R.U.S.H. Quanta - understanding the critical criteria for establishing trust and credibility with an audience and how to accelerate these past the typical forming, forming, storming & performing sequences.

R.U.S.H. Realisation - participants will internalise the most appropriate quanta for their personal style through experimentation and self-discovery.

R.U.S.H. Relationships - expertise in how to form relationships with audiences that extend past the meeting, without needing to follow up in person.

R.U.S.H. Programming - a framework for producing any type of formal meeting as an event with intent. Logistics and venue are the least of your worries until you've determined the theme, structure and dynamic for the meeting.

R.U.S.H Practice - applying what we learn, discuss, experience and observe frequently throughout the two days of progressive learning. Including an opportunities to experiment passively on the 2nd day.
