Romantasy in the Red Room Perth 2026 will have 3 ticketing tiers:Blush (GA) - $65Ruby (Silver) - $95Crimson (VIP) - $165Each tier will get you into the event and access to all the authors and vendors, and most panels, etc. Ruby and Crimson have exclusive additions.

Ticketing - Will there be exclusive merch items to add on?

Yes! We will have a few things available for pre-purchase with your ticket (and limited available on the day):R3 2026 commemorative booklet with interviews and profiles from the authors and vendors (with space for autographs). The booklet will be $10 each for Blush ticket holders. It is included in the Ruby and Crimson tiers"Welcome to the Red Room" 2026 commemorative t-shirt. This shirt will be $45 and is exclusive to this event. It has been lovingly designed to commemorate the first R3 and your love of all things romantasy and books. This will only be available for pre-order with tickets or through the Shadow Kissed Books Beventi page.

Ticketing - Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Unless Romantasy in the Red Room is cancelled by us, all ticket sales are non-refundable. We will have the resale feature online through Humanitix if you are no longer able to attend.

Question 8

Ticketing - Do you accept companion cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes, companion cards can be used at Romantasy in the Red Room. Companion Card tickets can only be purchased as a second ticket with a paid ticket of any level. You must show a valid companion card at entrance on the day. This is considered a 'Blush' level ticket in terms of inclusions, except the entry time if other ticket is Crimson or Scarlet.
