Kevin Devlin: Director General, Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority
Kevin is Director-General of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority overseeing the biggest transport and health infrastructure program in Victorian history.
This includes projects such as the Metro Tunnel, North East Link, West Gate Tunnel, removing 110 dangerous level crossings, new and upgraded hospitals in Footscray, Warrnambool, Melton and Parkville.
Prior to his current role, Kevin was the CEO of the Level Crossing Removal Project for 8 years where he introduced the Program Alliance delivery model, which is seen as an exemplar for procurement and delivery in Australia, delivering scores of level crossing removals and station upgrades across Melbourne, more than a year ahead of schedule.
Kevin is a strategic and creative leader with a track record of delivering complex engineering projects and programs in both the public and private sectors. Kevin fosters high performing teams who can challenge the status quo and deliver great change.
