We can’t wait to see you at this year’s RAA EV Drive Experience, presented by RAA and supported by Eagers Automotive.

Let’s recap the important stuff, so that you’re ready to hit the road…

TO SEE YOUR CONFIRMED EV DRIVE EXPERIENCE TIME SELECT "VIEW TICKET" and the details of the vehicle, date and time you selected will be listed.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booked time and make your way directly to the display version of the vehicle you have selected to drive, located in the centre of the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge (BWSC) Village in Victoria Square/ Tarntanyangga. View a map of the BWSC Village here.

If you’re not sure where to go for your drive, find an RAA staff member near the RAA marquee and they’ll assist you with directions.

Don’t forget to collect your RAA goodie bag before or after your drive! The RAA team will be on hand to answer any questions you might have about EVs, charging or even solar and batteries. The marquee will be open from 10am to 3pm.

Need to cancel your test drive?

If you are no longer able to make the above test drive, please email events@worldsolarchallenge.org so this time can be released to another driver.

Passengers:

If your passenger details have changed, there is no need for additional action, please just remember a maximum of 3 passengers are permitted in addition to the driver and the sales consultant on any given test drive.

The very important stuff…

Drivers will need to bring with them their valid driver’s licence and a second form of ID (A second form of ID could be your Medicare card, or rates notice showing your name and address as appears on your licence);
Drivers will be required to sign a test drive disclaimer and waiver on the day of their test drive. View an example form/ disclaimer here;
Drivers must be over the age of 18 and hold a valid full driver's licence (No Learners or Provisional Drivers are permitted) to participate;
The event organisers reserve the right to place drivers in an alternate vehicle on the day should unforeseen circumstances mean the original vehicle booked is not available;
Remember you are welcome to test drive multiple vehicles. To book another test drive simply click here.
