RAA Member Information Session

We're taking steps to modernise the way your RAA is governed! Join us to learn about the two items for member voting ahead of RAA's 2024 Annual General Meeting:

 

Item 3: Converting to a Company Limited by Guarantee (special resolution)

Item 4: Increase to Directors' remuneration pool (ordinary resolution).

The session will be hosted by RAA President and Chairman Kathy Gramp and Company Secretary Susan Crago and include a short presentation and discussion.

When: Monday 29 August, 2pm - 3pm

Where: Adelaide Pavilion, Veale Gardens (cnr South Tce and Peacock Road, Adelaide) 

Format: In-person or online (if attending online, a link will be emailed to you the day prior and also available at raa.com.au/AGM on the day. Online attendees can ask questions via the moderator) 

Parking: Free parking for attendees is available at the Pavilion (collect a parking pass to display on your windscreen upon arrival).
