Rabbit Control Field Day

The Western Port Catchment Landcare Network through their Partnerships Against Pest Program funded by Agricultural Victoria invites you to join Devon Meadows Landcare, The Victorian Rabbit Action Network and the City of Casey in an action-packed Rabbit management field day.

This event will begin indoors with a series of presentations from VRAN and other rabbit control professionals. After lunch, the day will continue on a private property in Pearcedale where different rabbit control strategies and technologies will be demonstrated. The day has been designed to be interesting, accessible with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and to see relevant equipment in use. It is hoped that the day will help inspire residents of the Western Port Catchment to effectively manage rabbits on their property.

Participants should wear long sleeves, long trousers, closed-toe shoes and a hat, if predicted to be sunny. Some walking is required. Eye protection is advised. Lunch is supplied.
