If you want to control the foxes, start with the rabbits!
Upper Plenty Merri Catchments Landcare Group, Mitchell Shire and the Victorian Rabbit Action Network are hosting an information session with Neil Devanny, an expert on rabbit control. This session will equip landowners and managers with the knowledge they need to reduce rabbit numbers in their communities.
We are planning for a field day later in the year so this knowledge will be a great way to get started for action in the future.
Rabbits are the most invasive species in Australia and have negative impacts on over 330 native plants and animal species. Come along and learn how you can contribute to the future health of our environment and your land.
Registration starts at 9.30am for a 10.am start.
