Rachel’s Farm film night in Guyra
Event description
We have a fun night out for the good people of Guyra on Saturday 4 November 2023 6pm to 9pm at the Guyra Central School, with the screening of the film by director Rachel Ward, 'Rachel's Farm'.
Rachel's Farm is about Rachel's journey to recover from the severe weather events of bushfires and floods and restore her farm and health at the same time. While the film covers some heavy issues, it is done in a light-hearted and entertaining way. Sure to make you laugh, while you learn about regenerative farming at the same time.
Together with the CWA Guyra Evening Branch and the Community Recovery program at Armidale Regional Council, we hope that everyone will come along and enjoy the night together. Starting with a delicious light meal at 6pm, then the film and followed by a Q&A with sweets and a cuppa.
Proudly supported by CWA Evening Branch, Armidale Regional Council, Guyra Central School and NSW Reconstruction Authority.
For any questions or get assistance with your tickets, please call in to the Guyra Council Office or email the Community Recovery Officer, Jane jschmude@armidale.nsw.gov.au
